The Last Byte: Serv-Bot's Firewall — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the mobile game The Last Byte: Serv-Bot's Firewall (the "App"), developed and published by Lerk Interactive Studio LLC ("Lerk Interactive," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains what information the App does and does not collect, how it is used, and your choices. This policy governs the App as distributed on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

1. Summary

The Last Byte: Serv-Bot's Firewall is a single-player arcade game. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. The App has no user accounts, does not display advertising, and includes no analytics, tracking, or advertising software. Your game progress and settings are saved only on your own device.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect or transmit any personal or device information to Lerk Interactive Studio LLC or to any third party. The App does not request permissions for location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or similar sensitive data.

• On-device game data only. Gameplay progress, high scores, difficulty, control bindings, and audio/display settings are stored locally on your device so your game state persists between sessions. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
• No advertising or tracking. The App does not display ads and does not access an advertising identifier or track you across apps or websites.
• No analytics. The App does not include third-party analytics or crash-reporting software.

3. How the App Uses Information

The on-device data described above is used solely to run the game and to save your progress and preferences on your device. It is not used for any other purpose.

4. Information Sharing

Because the App does not collect personal information, we do not share or sell any. The only third parties involved are the app distribution platforms — Google (Google Play) and Apple (App Store) — which process information related to your download and device under their own privacy policies when you obtain and run the App. We do not control those platforms' practices.

5. Your Choices

Uninstalling the App removes the game data stored on your device. Because no data is transmitted to us, there is no account to delete and no server-side data associated with you.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It contains no ads, no data collection, and no in-app purchases that would gather personal data. If you have questions about the App and children's privacy, contact us using the details below.

7. Data Retention

On-device game data is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. We hold no personal data about you and therefore retain none on our systems.

8. Security

Because game data stays on your device and no personal information is transmitted to us, your information is not exposed to network transfer by the App. We nevertheless follow reasonable practices in developing and maintaining the App.

9. International Users

The App can be used worldwide. As no personal data is collected or transferred by the App, there is no international transfer of your personal information by us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL.
